This project involved works to Glencar House in Ballsbridge including the bulk excavation of 20,000m³ of material removed off-site to allow for the construction of a split-level carpark.

This was undertaken in a very busy, highly pedestrianised area of Dublin so there was a significant emphasis on 3^rd party safety.

M&N’s scope of works included:

• • Cropping of 150 secant piles to allow for the installation of capping
  • The installation of all in-slab drainage and services
  • The supply of all materials for our scope of works.
