The project involved the construction of a 2 storey data storage facility.

M&N Civils scope of work included:

• Stockpile removal circa 80,000m3.
• Reduce level dig circa 50,000m3
• Excavation of substructures consisting of pad and strip foundations
• Substructures upto underside of grnd floor slab
• Foul & SW drainage 2,000m
• Watermain, Industrial water
• 42,000m of MV, LV, Fibre ducting to install incl 18,000m of sub ducts and all electrical chambers
• Completion of roads paths and pavings
