This project involved the bulk excavation and removal off site of 18,000m³ to allow construction of a triple basement, the project was partially completed by others when M&N started on site.

M&N’s scope of works included:

• Breaking in excess of 10,000m³ rock to achieve formation level
• Excavation of all ground beams and deepenings
• Removal of insitu groundforce propping system
• Installation of all in slab drainage and services
