The project involved Footpath construction and Improvement Works

M&N Civils scope included:

• Stripping and transportation of topsoil .
• Removal and disposal off-site of sub-soil.
• Excavation for paths – Preparation/   Construction of appropriate sub-base. Minor grading of existing sub-base.
• Cleaning off existing paths of grass, mud and other debris where resurfacing and widening required.
• Application of Bituminous tack coat where specified.
• Ancillary civil works (e.g. re-grading adjoining parkland, Reinstatement of grass areas and/or damaged hard surfaces).
• Earthwork mounding, re-grading and ripping subsoil, tilling, levelling, and seeding topsoil. Installation of benches.
