This project involved substructure works for a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility with a total area of 7,000 m2 building and associated civils and utility works, including 25km of utility ducting installed.

Bulk earthworks were also required including disposal of 30,000 m3 offsite and the importation of 28,000 m3 of aggregate.
We are proud to have completed the state-of-the-art facility in Tullamore for Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company. The new facility will house production lines for biological therapeutics and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), marking a fourfold increase in the site’s manufacturing capacity.

The development featured an 8510m² single-story biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility, including laboratory and office spaces, a new 150-space car park, a sprinkler pump house, a medium voltage ESB substation, and external utility yards.
